A FEW CLEAR GROUND RULES.
Terms of Service
Effective November 2, 2026 · Website, preview, and direct purchase terms.
Cue is here to make your day a little quieter. These terms keep the website and buying Cue straightforward, too.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Cue marketing website, its interactive browser preview, and buying Cue for Mac directly through this site. By using the website or buying Cue, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the site or buy Cue.
The website itself does not create accounts or offer a subscription. Direct purchases are completed on a checkout page run by Polar, described below.
2. Buying Cue directly
The direct version of Cue for Mac costs ₱199 (Philippine pesos), paid once. The price includes applicable taxes; checkout shows the exact amount, including any tax for your location, before you pay. There is no subscription and no Cue account.
Checkout is handled by Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”) as the merchant of record. Polar sells and delivers the purchase, processes the payment, issues your receipt, and collects tax where required. Polar’s terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout and payment.
After paying, download the Mac app from your Polar receipt or from Cue’s purchases page, using the email address you checked out with. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use Cue on Macs you own or control. Please don’t share, resell, or redistribute the download.
All sales are final, and refunds are not offered. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.
Fixes and newer versions of Cue 1 may be offered through the same download. The direct version doesn’t update itself; you install a newer copy when you choose to.
3. The Mac App Store version
Cue has also been submitted to the Mac App Store and is coming soon; it is not available there yet. When it is, App Store purchases, delivery, updates, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.
A direct purchase and an App Store purchase are separate. Neither includes, unlocks, or transfers to the other.
4. What the product preview is
The demo is an interactive recreation of Cue’s Top Notch and Control using fictional commitments. It does not run the native Mac app, access a real calendar, save a focus session, join a real meeting, or send notifications. Its states, labels, and actions follow the current Mac app, but its timing and sample day are for exploration, not an exact representation of every supported system or app build.
The website describes the Cue experience, but it is not a promise that every feature will be available in every build, region, or platform. Cue requires macOS 14 or later.
5. Using the website responsibly
You may browse the site and use the demo for personal evaluation. You must not use the site for unlawful activity, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its availability, introduce malicious code, or misrepresent yourself as Cue or its developer.
The site does not ask you to upload files or submit personal information. Please do not attempt to send calendar content, account credentials, or other sensitive information through website requests.
How technical requests, local demo state, and purchases are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Content and ownership
The Cue name, artwork, product presentation, and original website content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Browsing the site or buying Cue does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute Cue or its branding or represent the product as your own. Rights permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.
Apple, Mac, macOS, Calendar, and Reminders are names or trademarks belonging to Apple Inc. Google and related product names belong to their respective owners. Cue is an independent product; this website does not claim endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with those companies.
7. Availability and sensible reliance
The website and preview are provided on an “as available” basis. They may be updated, interrupted, or removed. Reasonable care goes into the content, but the site does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every illustration exactly matches a future release.
Cue is a productivity companion, not a safety-critical reminder service. Keep your own responsibility for appointments, deadlines, backups, and checking your source calendar. A browser preview should never be used as a real reminder or timekeeping tool.
Separate apps, websites, operating-system features, payment providers, and calendar providers have their own terms. Their availability and behavior are not controlled by this website.
8. Your rights are preserved
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cue and this website do not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
Using the website and its preview is free and doesn’t enroll you in anything. These terms do not require arbitration or choose an exclusive court. Applicable law and any mandatory rights in your location continue to apply.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the site and Cue evolve. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply after they are published; they do not retroactively change the terms of a purchase you have already made.
If the terms no longer work for you, you can stop using the site. To revisit what Cue does, return to the landing page or explore the demo.
